Les Gloriables

Spitz & Co

Theatre

Inspired by “Les Miserables”, legendary French actress Gloria Delaneuf has created a life-changing piece of theatre which will reunite Europe. She has dreamed a dream, and her hapless assistant Josephine has promised to build a barricade. Expect a master class in mutiny – French style – with berets, baguettes, and gratuitous nudity. Vive La Revolution!

“Les Gloriables” is a 30-minute outdoor comedy theatre show from award-winning French/English female comedy duo Spitz & Co. Highly visual, very physical, and above all extremely silly, it can be enjoyed by all the family.

Inspired by Victor Hugo’s novel “Les Miserables”, it is a show about socialism and the power of the people, but at its heart is the comic relationship between a selfish diva and her long-suffering assistant. Performed in French and English with music and visual effects, lots of audience interaction and singing, “Les Gloriables” will be a riot … Vive La Revolution!
