At the heart of Without Walls is the belief that festivals, presenters and artists working together strategically can achieve more than any one organisation could.

Over the years, the network has supported artists from all backgrounds and disciplines to create outstanding, innovative outdoor shows, and has helped take this to audiences all over England, many of whom don’t participate in arts and culture in the traditional way.

We are committed to evaluating the impact of our work and sharing this insight with our partners, artists, and the wider culture sector.

We undertake an extensive annual evaluation of our activities, surveying every network partner and every artist and company we have worked with. We use this data to inform our annual report and programme documentation.
